How can I help?
I believe everyone has the answers inside them - we just need help to find them sometimes.
Using a creative and thoughtful process we will work together to identify what is important to you and create a realistic goal you want to focus on. Some people like to work on a short term goal while others want to focus on a six month or 12 month period. This is not something that is “done to you” but is a journey of discovery we make together. We will work at your pace, using proven structures that will help you reach your goal.
I am here to act as your guide, your challenger and your support on the journey from where you are now to where you want to be. My role is to question, listen and guide you in setting and achieving your goal but not to do it for you.
To support you along your route I will act as your ‘accountability buddy’, but as these are your goals and milestones, so I am not here to “chastise you” if you don’t achieve an action you set yourself one week. We would explore what might be behind this and see how any barriers can be overcome.
Working within the guidelines and ethics of the International Coach Federation (ICF) I also draw on my experience from many years in the corporate world, as well as my skills as a Gestalt Psychotherapist.
